BUILT TO OPTIMIZE!
OptiLine lineup optimization utilizes a powerful mathematical solver engine to quickly deliver optimal lineups to your mobile device. By tapping on the 'Settings' button, you can specify the Daily Fantasy System (FanDuel or DraftKings) you want to optimize for, the Projection Source you want to use (defaults to numberFire) such as CBS Sports, Yahoo Sports, NFL.Com and others for your optimizations, and even the Fantasy System Game Slate. There's also a Sport setting but only Football is supported at this time.
LOCK & LOAD
Have a hunch about a few players you think are going to light it up? Have a favorite stack you want to play but not sure who to put with them? Just tap on the 'Reset' button to clear your lineup, then select your players (which will automatically lock them) and then tap on the "Optimize" button. OptiLine will crank thru thousands of combinations to build out the optimal team around your locked players.
If you want to make sure certain players don't make it into your optimized lineups, just simply exclude them by swiping on the player (from right to left) and tapping on "Exclude." The player(s) will be excluded from all optimized lineups.
Often times you will be refining your lineups and choosing between several viable players for a position. This can sometimes lead to haphazard decisions. To help you make more informed decisions, OptiLine surfaces additional player metrics such as ORK (Opponent's Rank) so you can pinpoint players who have a great matchup and $/Pt (Cost per Projected Point) to pinpoint value. These metrics can be sorted by tapping on the metric's column header.
Many of us play numerous lineups a week built around different strategies and keeping track of those can be challenging. OptiLine lets you save as many lineups as you want for the current fantasy week. If you have a lot of lineups to enter, you can tap on Export Lineups and a lineup export file will be emailed to you that can be used to automatically load all of your saved lineups into FanDuel or DraftKings.
Understanding the injury landscape for the week is critical. It can help you avoid potential pitfalls and uncover backup player opportunities. At the beginning of each week, you will receive a player injury report notification to assess the injury landscape and also daily injury updates if they occur. You can opt out of this, but that would be like opting out of free candy 😉
